These terms are a starting template supplied with the software and are not professional legal advice. The business operating DetailQuote should have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on them.
The service
DetailQuote is software that helps detailing businesses collect quote requests, calculate suggested prices from rules they configure, publish quote pages and track leads. We provide the tool; we are not a party to any agreement between a detailing business and its customers.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.
Quotes and pricing
Suggested quote amounts are calculated from the pricing rules you enter. You are solely responsible for the prices you publish, the work you agree to, and any tax or legal obligations arising from it. An accepted quote in DetailQuote records that a customer agreed to a price; it does not process, verify or guarantee payment.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to collect information you are not entitled to collect, to impersonate another business, or to attempt to access another account's data.
Trials, plans and payment
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Card payments are not currently enabled, so no charges are made and no account is locked or deleted when a trial period ends. When paid plans go live, continued use will require selecting a plan, and the pricing and cancellation terms in effect at that time will apply.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost business, lost profits or indirect damages.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and request that your account and records be removed. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
